Part-Time Project Coordinator (Remote) – PB Painting
Pay: $5 USD/hour
Hours: 20 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (USA)
PB Painting is a growing painting contractor based in San Diego, California. We are looking for a reliable and organized Project Coordinator to support scheduling, customer communication, subcontractor coordination, and administrative tasks.
This is a long-term position for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys helping projects run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Schedule painting projects and coordinate start dates
Communicate with customers via phone, text,
Follow up on color selections and project details
Coordinate with subcontractors and crews
Update job schedules and calendars
Organize project documents and photos
Update CRM and project tracking systems
Assist with recruiting and onboarding subcontractors
Handle general administrative and customer service tasks
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Reliable computer and internet connection
Experience using Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and follow systems
Professional attitude and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Virtual assistant experience
Project coordination experience
Construction or home service industry experience
Customer service experience
Compensation
$5 USD per hour
20 hours per week
