Part-Time Virtual Assistant / Social Media & Etsy Support (Remote)

I’m looking for a creative and reliable virtual assistant to support my etsy and social media brand. This is a flexible remote role, ideal for someone with strong social media skills, a good eye for luxury aesthetics, and experience creating engaging content.

Tasks may include:

Creating and scheduling Instagram posts and reels
Editing short-form video content (CapCut/Canva)
Sourcing and organising luxury hotel/travel content
Writing captions and hashtags
Growing engagement across social platforms
Uploading content and maintaining consistency
Light admin and organisational support where needed

Ideal candidate:

Strong understanding of Instagram/TikTok trends
Good eye for luxury, travel, and lifestyle branding
Experience creating reels and aesthetic content
Familiar with Canva, CapCut and scheduling tools
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
Strong written English

Role details:

Remote
Approx. 8 hours per week initially
