EverMint Media is a growing social media marketing agency helping businesses build their brand, generate leads, and grow through strategic social media marketing.
We work with founders, service-based businesses, and B2B companies across various industries, helping them create meaningful content, build authority, and attract new clients online.
We're looking for a tech-savvy, proactive person to coordinate our technology, AI tools, and integrations — making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

Role Overview
This is a flexible, part-time role that combines AI and automation work with general technical operations.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting tools, automating repetitive work, and quietly making everything run better. You'll be the go-to person for anything technical in the business.
You don't need to be a software developer. What matters most is that you're hands-on with modern tools, a confident troubleshooter, and comfortable taking ownership of systems while keeping things documented and organised.
A key part of this role involves setting up and maintaining AI tools and automations, connecting our platforms so data flows correctly between them, resolving technical issues quickly, and helping the team work more efficiently through smart use of technology.

Key Responsibilities
AI & Automation
Set up, manage, and improve AI tools and workflows (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, content and image tools)
Build and maintain automations using platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n
Create prompts, templates, and simple internal guides for the team
Research new AI tools and recommend what's worth adopting

Integrations & Systems
Connect and maintain our software stack (CRM, email, scheduling, project management, and social media tools)
Make sure data flows correctly between platforms
Manage accounts, access, and permissions securely
Keep systems documentation and SOPs up to date

Technical Operations
Monitor that automations and integrations are running smoothly
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for the team
Support tracking, reporting, and data hygiene across our tools
Assist with ad hoc technical projects as needed

Who We're Looking For
Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and connecting tools together
Strong problem-solver who can troubleshoot independently
Excellent written English — able to explain technical things in plain language
Highly organised, dependable, and careful with access and data
Comfortable following systems and processes while looking for ways to improve them
Able to work independently without constant supervision
Proactive and resourceful — spots issues before they become problems
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Availability Requirements
This role requires someone who can check in, respond to messages, and resolve any issues, with availability that overlaps with UK (London) working hours. Occasionally, urgent technical issues may need a faster response.
