We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative Virtual Assistant to help streamline daily operations and enhance business efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, design, and research skills, who can take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

Organize and prioritize incoming
Schedule meetings and manage calendar events
Send follow-ups and reminders
? Graphic Design & Content Creation:
Create visually engaging graphics for marketing and social media
Design presentations, promotional materials, and reports
? LinkedIn Outreach & Engagement:
Research and connect with potential leads or partners
Draft and send outreach messages
Monitor engagement and track responses
? Copywriting & Content Development:
Write compelling copy for
Proofread and edit documents to ensure clarity and professionalism
? Market Research & Data Analysis:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target markets
Summarize key insights and provide strategic recommendations
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
? Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
? Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
? Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Canva or Adobe Suite
? Experience with LinkedIn outreach and engagement strategies
? Ability to write and edit clear, compelling content
? Strong analytical and research skills
? Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
