PROJECT MANAGER

Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee content production, coordinate creative projects, and ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes initiative, and can manage multiple moving pieces while maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage content production projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor competitors and stay informed on trends within the niche.
• Create detailed briefs for videographers and editors.
• Organize and coordinate content shooting days.
• Review content and provide clear editing directions.
• Ensure captions, copy, and content are error-free before final approval.
• Maintain quality control across all deliverables.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements
• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Content Manager, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with content creators, marketing teams, or agencies is highly preferred.
