Position Overview
Job Type: Part Time (with a potential to be full-time)

Location: Remote
Remuneration:
•? ?Base Salary: AUD 500 per month - Equivalent in PHP. Converted amount
based on the current exchange rate. Bank Transferred at the end of every month.
Note: The PHP equivalent may vary based on exchange rate fluctuations.

We are looking for a meticulous Personal Assistant, Bookkeeping & Expense Management Specialist to manage financial transactions, oversee expense reporting, and maintain accurate records. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to analyze financial data to enhance cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Assistant:
•To provide administrative and organizational support to the client, a senior executive, business owner and high-profile professional.
• Diary & Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Travel Coordination: Book flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle document preparation, filing, and data entry.
• Event Planning: Organize events, conferences, and social engagements.
• Personal Errands: Manage household tasks, shopping, and other personal requests if required.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Bookkeeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Generate financial reports (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.
Expense Management:
• Categorize and review business expenses.
• Monitor budgets and identify cost discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company spending policies.
• Process employee expense claims and reimbursements.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost control.
Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in bookkeeping and expense management.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB).
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in [industry, e.g., retail, construction, hospitality].
• Familiarity with cloud-based financial systems.
• Knowledge of tax and GST regulations.
