Order Manager & Production Designer

We are looking for a smart, organised, and creative person who can manage customer orders and produce simple design mockups/print files.

This is NOT a full-time role. Work is paid per order with optional part-time ongoing creative work.

About the Role

You will manage individual customer orders all the way through:
1. Speak with clubs and sports teams (written communication only).
2. Understand what garments and prints they want.
3. Create simple Illustrator mockups (logo placements etc).
4. Handle small revisions.
5. Prepare print-ready files (easy with our training + cheat sheets).
6. Build a customer order form using our template.
7. Update our Airtable order system.

Most tasks follow clear steps. Mockups and print files are straightforward once you learn the system.
