Position Summary:
We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Director of Operations & Implementation who can translate high-level vision into clear, actionable strategies. You will be the operational force behind our creative leadership—turning ideas into systems, plans, and results.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, knows how to build beautiful dashboards and workflows, and is passionate about driving quality and consistency across multiple projects. You’ll oversee operational systems, implement workflow processes, manage budgets, and track performance across teams and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operationalize Strategy
Turn the CEO’s strategic vision into workflows, action plans, SOPs, and dashboards.
• Systems + Workflow Design
Build and maintain systems that support project execution, staffing, and reporting (Asana, Airtable, Google Suite, etc.).
• Dashboard + Reporting Development
Design professional, visually compelling dashboards and templates to track project performance and KPIs.
• Budget + Resource Management
Develop and track project budgets, manage time allocations, and optimize team resources.
• Project Implementation Oversight
Ensure all internal and client-facing projects are implemented on time and with excellence.
• Internal Team Operations
Manage weekly team check-ins, assign tasks, track deliverables, and support hiring/onboarding as we scale.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience in operations, program management, or implementation roles (consulting, nonprofit, or agency experience preferred)
• Strong project management and workflow design skills
• Mastery of tools like Asana, Airtable, Google Sheets, Canva, and PowerPoint
• Strong visual and written communication skills—can make complex info simple and professional
• Budget management experience across multiple projects
• Comfortable leading from the middle—can manage up and down
• High attention to detail and a systems-thinking mindset
