The Operations and Lead Generation Specialist is a part-time remote role supporting a fast-growing green energy innovation company. This position is a dual-function role, blending executive and operational support with targeted lead generation and outreach activity, freeing up leadership to stay focused on engineering, product development, and innovation.
Essential Functions
Lead Generation and Outreach
-Research and identify qualified prospects, potential partners, and relevant stakeholders aligned with company growth objectives
-Build and maintain targeted lead lists using LinkedIn, industry directories, trade publications, and other relevant sources
-Execute outbound outreach via
-Send introductory communications and manage structured follow-up sequences to keep prospects engaged
-Track all outreach activity, responses, and pipeline status in an organized and consistent manner
Communications and Inbox Management
-Manage inbound
-Draft and send outbound communications on behalf of leadership, maintaining a polished and on-brand tone
-Coordinate follow-up with interested partners, clients, or stakeholders as directed
NDA and Due Diligence Coordination
-Coordinate NDA distribution, tracking, and execution across prospective partners and stakeholders
-Support due diligence workflows by organizing documents, tracking status, and flagging pending items
-Maintain confidentiality at all times and operate with a strong respect for proprietary information
Research and Reporting
-Conduct specialized research for specific projects, initiatives, and business development needs
-Organize and present research findings in clear, structured reports and summaries
-Use AI tools responsibly to support document creation, research summaries, and workflow efficiency, without exposing confidential or proprietary information
Operations and Administrative Support
-Maintain structured tracking of contacts, communications, and research outputs
-Support document preparation and formatting using Canva and other tools
-Provide general executive and administrative support as needed
Qualifications
-3 to 5 years of experience in an executive assistant, operations, and lead generation role
-Must have experience handling confidential documents, NDA coordination, and general administrative workflows with a high -level of discretion and professionalism
-Proven experience with outbound prospecting, lead list building, and LinkedIn or
-Proficiency with AI tools, Canva, and research; ability to handle sensitive data responsibly
-Strong written and verbal English communication skills
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
-Willingness to sign and adhere to strict NDAs and confidentiality requirements
Preferred
Background or genuine interest in green energy, sustainability, civil engineering, or technical products
Experience with CRM systems or outreach tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms
Prior experience supporting leadership in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
