We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations and HR Specialist to join our team. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for interacting with people, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.

Position Responsibilities:
-Operations & HR Admin Tasks: Managing
-Document Creation & Organization: Creating and organizing internal forms, documents, surveys, and maintaining them in cloud systems.
-Client Support Admin Tasks: Assisting with client onboarding/offboarding, managing client gifts, and performing necessary admin-related tasks.
-Internal System & Process Support: Managing team access, adding members to systems and documents, checking PTO workflows, and supporting internal systems.
-Other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant experience.
-Experience in Human Resources is an advantage.
-Proficient in Asana.
-Knowledgeable in Canva and Zoom.
-Able to work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM Pacific Time (with the possibility for more hours).
