JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote

We are a fast-growing digital car dealership based in Sweden, selling vehicles online and delivering them nationwide.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator who loves bringing order to complexity, following up on details, and making sure nothing gets forgotten.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating people, tracking progress, solving bottlenecks, and creating structure in a fast-moving environment.

You do not need automotive experience to succeed in this role.

What You'll Do:

Keep Operations Moving
-Monitor ongoing projects and tasks in Airtable
-Ensure every vehicle and task has a clear next step
-Identify bottlenecks, delays, and missing information
-Follow up with tea ---------- mbers until tasks are completed
-Escalate issues before they become problems

Coordinate Information
-Communicate with suppliers and service providers
-Gather quotes, pricing, availability, and timelines
-Track requests and ensure follow-through
-Keep records accurate and up to date

Create Structure
-Maintain and update Airtable records
-Organize information across multiple workflows
-Post daily updates and priorities for the team
-Ensure everyone knows what needs attention next

-Nothing falls through the cracks
-Tasks are followed up until completed
-Delays are spotted early
-Tea ---------- mbers receive timely reminders and updates
-Information is always accurate and up to date
-Operations move smoothly even during busy periods

Nice To Have
-Experience with Airtable, Notion, ---------- , ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools
-Experience working remotely
-Experience coordinating vendors or suppliers
-Automotive experience (helpful but not required)
