Operations Systems Designer / ClickUp & SOP Specialist
We are a growing remote tech company looking for an experienced operations and systems person to help us design, improve, and implement SOPs, workflows, and operational systems across the company.
This is not an entry-level role and not an “I’ve used ClickUp a little” type of position.
We already have technical people and developers. We are specifically looking for someone with strong operational thinking, real ClickUp experience, and experience building systems that teams actually use.
About Us
Ashlex is a remote technology company involved in hosting, consulting, web development, BPO, partnerships, nonprofit work, and venture projects.
Our team is primarily based in the Philippines, with leadership and management located in the United States and Europe.
We are actively improving our internal systems and recently started implementing ClickUp. We are not fully happy with how things are currently structured and want experienced help building this correctly.
We use multiple operational, financial, and technical tools today, including ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Redmine, Hubstaff, Slack, QuickBooks Online, helpdesk systems, and other internal platforms.
We expect to move more workflows into ClickUp over time, but we are open to recommendations if certain work should remain in Jira, Redmine, Hubstaff, helpdesk systems, QuickBooks Online, or other tools.
Initial Focus
The first major area will be helping us build and improve our sales and business development workflows, including:
• Sales pipeline
• Proposal and RFP workflows
• Follow-up systems
• Accountability and ownership
• SOP creation
• Recurring process management
• Operational visibility and reporting
Over time, we expect this role to expand into additional departments and operational systems.

This is a hands-on role.
We are not looking for theory, corporate buzzwords, or someone who builds complicated systems nobody follows.
We want practical operational improvement.
Requirements
• Strong real-world ClickUp experience
• Experience building SOPs and operational systems
• Experience implementing workflows with real teams
• Strong English communication
• Comfortable working with remote teams
• Strong organizational and operational thinking
• Able to work with leadership and department-level staff
• Comfortable improving and implementing systems, not just documenting them
Nice to Have
• Operations, project management, or systems background
• Experience with remote companies
• Experience with sales, CRM, or business development systems
• Experience with Jira, Asana, Redmine, Hubstaff, Slack, QuickBooks Online, helpdesk systems, or related operational tools
• Experience with service businesses or technology companies
• Experience managing or improving offshore/remote team operations
