Support the operations and dispatch team with scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues
Track deliveries, update systems, and ensure accuracy across records
Help spot and improve small process inefficiencies
Work closely with leadership to share updates and track performance
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
3–5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, or customer support
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking
Organized, proactive, and dependable
