Position Summary
The Business Development & Operations Coordinator is responsible for generating new business, converting leads into paying customers, coordinating schedules with cleaning teams, maintaining client relationships, and expanding our commercial cleaning division.

Primary Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Generate new residential and commercial cleaning leads
Prospect local businesses through phone calls,
Build relationships with property managers, office buildings, medical offices, gyms, schools, and retail businesses
Follow up on all incoming inquiries within 24 hours
Prepare and send cleaning proposals and quotes
Close new cleaning contracts
Develop referral partnerships and strategic alliances
Lead Generation & Marketing
Manage leads from Yelp, Google,
Maintain CRM and customer database
Execute
Assist with social media marketing and online reputation management
Track conversion rates and marketing performance
Scheduling & Operations
Schedule residential and commercial cleaning appointments
Coordinate daily assignments with cleaning teams
Confirm appointments with customers
Handle schedule changes and emergency requests
Ensure cleaners have job details and supplies needed
Monitor job completion and customer satisfaction
Customer Service
Build long-term relationships with clients
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Conduct follow-up calls after services
Encourage online reviews and referrals
Maintain a 5-star customer experience
Get client testiomonials
Administrative Duties
Prepare invoices and track payments
Maintain client records
Generate weekly sales and operations reports
Update job status and company calendars
Assist ownership with business growth initiatives
Commercial Sales Responsibilities
Prospect new commercial accounts daily
Cold call local businesses
Visit office buildings and commercial properties
Attend networking events and chamber meetings
Develop recurring cleaning contracts
Maintain relationships with facility managers and business owners
Meet monthly sales goals
Qualifications
1+ years of sales, business development, customer service, or operations experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable making outbound sales calls
Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software preferred
Reliable transportation
