### CRM / Zoho Experience Preferred

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and process-driven professional to join our long-term remote operations team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, reviewing accuracy, supporting workflows, and helping maintain high operational standards across a growing business.

The position primarily focuses on quality assurance (QA), operational coordination, and workflow support. Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho CRM is preferred, as the role will also support CRM usage and team adoption during our transition to Zoho CRM.

This is a stable long-term remote position within a growing company.

# Key Responsibilities

## Quality Assurance (QA)

* Review team tasks and case handling for accuracy and completeness
* Ensure internal processes and standards are followed correctly
* Identify missing information, inconsistencies, or process gaps
* Help maintain consistency and accountability across team operations

## Operations & Administrative Support

* Support managers with operational coordination and follow-up tasks
* Assist with KPI tracking, reporting, and workflow monitoring
* Help organize priorities and improve day-to-day operational efficiency
* Support ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks when required

## CRM & Team Coordination Support

* Support the team during migration from the current CRM system to Zoho CRM
* Help maintain organized and accurate CRM usage across the team
* Assist with CRM-related coordination, user support, and process follow-up
* Support onboarding and guidance for day-to-day CRM usage

* Good written and spoken English communication skills
* Able to work independently in a remote environment
