We're looking for an operations and project management rockstar that loves creating systems, checklists and making sure the team is getting stuff done.

**HERE'S THE DEAL**
We help consulting firms stop relying on luck and referrals to grow their business. Instead, we build them proper outbound systems that actually work.
The thing is, we're growing faster than we expected (good problem to have), and our founder is drowning in the day-to-day operations. That's where you come in.
We need someone who can come in, look at our current setup, and think "I can make this so much better." Someone who gets energised by turning messy processes into smooth-running machines.

**HOW TO APPLY**
This isn’t a spray-and-pray hiring approach. You’ll move through four filters - and if you make it through, we’ll know you’re the one.
- Answer the questions below.
- If you get through you'll complete a short Willo video round (to get a feel for your thinking and style)
- Join a 30-min strategy session via Zoom (to dive deeper into what working together would look like)
**THE REAL TALK**
This isn't a job where you'll be following someone else's playbook. We need you to write the playbook. If you're someone who likes clear instructions for everything, this probably isn't the right fit.
But if you're the type of person who looks at operational chaos and thinks "I can fix this," then we should definitely talk.
We're building something special here - a company that helps other companies grow in sustainable ways. Come help us get our own house in order so we can focus on what we do best.
