We are a growing eCommerce agency working with multiple international clients, and we are looking for a sharp, highly organized, and high-energy Operations Manager who can also handle project management at a strong level.
This is a very important role inside the business.
You will be the person responsible for helping keep the agency organized, making sure tasks are clearly delegated, deadlines are met, communication is strong, and team output is high quality. This is not a passive role and not a basic admin role. We need someone who can think fast, move fast, lead properly, and keep the team aligned.
This role is best for someone who has real experience in operations, team management, project management, eCommerce, and client communication.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Operations and Team Management
-Manage the day-to-day operations of the agency
-Oversee remote tea
-Delegate tasks clearly and properly based on priority and skill level
-Follow up with tea
-Spot bottlenecks, delays, and weak performance early and address them fast
-Help improve accountability, structure, and overall team discipline
Project Management
-Take client requests, meeting notes, Loom videos, and feedback and turn them into clear, actionable tasks
-Assign tasks inside ClickUp or other project management tools with proper context, deadlines, and priorities
-Make sure tasks are not just posted, but actually understood by the team
-Keep projects moving forward without needing constant follow-up from the owner
-Ensure urgent tasks are handled on time and important items do not get delayed
Quality Control and Delivery
-Review work before it goes back to the client
-Make sure deliverables are accurate, polished, and aligned with what the client asked for
-Catch mistakes, weak output, or missing details before submission
-Maintain strong internal quality control across all active client projects
Client Communication
-Help manage client communication in a professional, clear, and confident way
-Send updates, follow-ups, and replies on time
-Make sure clients feel taken care of, updated, and supported
-Understand the client’s priorities and communicate them clearly to the team
Systems and Process Improvement
-Improve internal workflows and agency systems
-Help build better SOPs, structure, and processes
-Suggest ways to make the business more efficient
-Identify areas where automation or better systems can save time and improve delivery
What We’re Looking For
-Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Project Manager, or similar leadership role
-Strong experience in eCommerce, websites, and digital marketing environments
-Excellent written and verbal English communication
-Strong leadership and delegation skills
-Very organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
-Able to work with urgency and manage multiple moving parts
-Strong problem-solving ability
-Comfortable managing remote teams
-Comfortable using tools like ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, Loom, and similar platforms
-Able to take ownership and reduce the owner’s workload, not add to it

-Canva or basic design coordination

Because this position is crucial to daily operations, we are looking for someone who can give this role their full attention and energy. You must not have other jobs or active side commitments that will affect your focus, availability, or performance here.
