About Us:
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company with a focus on dropshipping, managing 10 high-revenue webshops. We work with millions in sales, using Shopify, Stripe, and various payment gateways. We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong understanding of the dropshipping business model to help us streamline internal processes, optimize team workflows, and create effective systems for a remote, high-performance team.
As we scale, this role will be pivotal in ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be the driving force behind organizing and improving our internal processes to meet company goals and expectations.
Your Role:
• Process Auditing: Review and audit the work of core tea
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in existing workflows and recommend solutions to streamline operations.
• New Process Creation: Develop new operational processes based on the needs of the business and ensure they are implemented effectively.
• System Optimization: Oversee the implementation of task management and CRM systems, ensuring they are used to their full potential across the team.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders and members to ensure everyone is aligned with company processes and that operations are running smoothly.
• Training & Support: Help onboard new tea
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the effectiveness of implemented processes and adjust where necessary to improve team efficiency.
• AI Integration (Bonus): If you have experience integrating AI tools to improve operational efficiency, process automation, or data analysis, it would be highly beneficial.
• Dropshipping Expertise: Leverage your understanding of the dropshipping business model to help optimize our operations and team structure for better profitability and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of experience in an operations or process management role, ideally in a dropshipping or e-commerce environment.
• Strong understanding of the dropshipping business model and how it impacts operations, from order fulfillment to customer service.
• Experience with task management systems, CRM tools, and process design.
• Ability to create, implement, and optimize operational systems to improve efficiency and performance.
• Experience with AI tools or systems for automating processes, improving data analysis, or enhancing team productivity is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to suggest and implement improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration with a remote team.
• Self-motivated and driven to improve processes, systems, and overall team performance.
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
