Operations Manager - YouTube Production

We're #Hiring: Operations Manager (Remote, Full-Time)


Mr Sus LLC is a fast-growing digital media company managing multiple YouTube channels, animation channels, Facebook pages, and a UEFN Shop business. We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations, lead our remote team, and ensure every department performs at the highest standard.


What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage employees across all departments.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Create, update, and enforce company SOPs.
- Manage internal communications, announcements, and professional emails.
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding.
- Ensure consistent posting across YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Manage monthly payroll and operational reporting.
- Keep ---------- boards organized and up to date.
- Attend and record meetings.
- Identify operational issues and report them directly to the CEO.



Requirements:
- Previous experience in Operations Management or a similar leadership role.
- Experience managing YouTube channels and content operations.
- Experience managing Facebook pages and social media workflows.
- Experience with recruitment and remote team management.
- Knowledge of copyright management and intellectual property.
- Strong English writing and communication skills.
- Available full-time (minimum 8 hours/day), 7 days per week.
- Must not be employed by or work for any other company or client during employment.


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading remote teams across multiple time zones.
Background in content creation, digital media, or YouTube businesses.
Experience with payroll, reporting, and operational systems.


What We Offer:
Starting salary of $1,200/month.
Salary increase to $1,500+/month after successful training.
