About Us
We're a growing door-to-door sales organization specializing in HVAC & fiber internet installations. Our team partners with internet providers to connect neighborhoods with high-speed fiber services. We're looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Operations Manager to help streamline our operations, improve our processes, and support our field sales representatives.

Job Description
As our Virtual Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations, managing administrative functions and supporting our sales team remotely. You'll work directly with leadership to ensure smooth operations while our field teams focus on what they do best - selling.

Responsibilities:
- Sales Administration: Process sales orders, track installations, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Commission Management: Validate sales data, calculate commissions, and prepare reports for bi-weekly payouts
- Team Support: Serve as the first point of contact for field representatives needing administrative assistance
- Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline workflows
- Customer Verification: Conduct verification calls to confirm sales details and customer satisfaction
- Documentation: Maintain organized digital files of all contracts, agreements, and relevant paperwork
- Reporting: Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management
- Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules, appointments, and teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, or similar roles
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Basic understanding of sales processes and commission structures
- Available during US business hours (specific time zone requirements to be discussed)

Nice to Have:
- Experience in telecommunications or door-to-door sales operations
- Background in commission calculation and sales reporting
- Experience with remote team coordination
- Familiarity with project management tools (Clickup, Notion etc.)

Work Hours:
