Garage Door Kingdom is a growing garage door and gate company in South Florida.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to help run the daily operations of our company.
This is not a basic Virtual Assistant position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, solve problems, communicate with customers and technicians, and help build systems as the company grows.
Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls
• Schedule appointments
• Dispatch technicians
• Follow up on estimates and leads
• Handle customer service
• Manage
• Coordinate with technicians and vendors
• Track jobs, payments, and customer information
• Help improve company processes and systems
• Assist with recruiting and team management when needed
Requirements:
• Experience working for a Home Service company is highly preferred (Garage Doors, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask under pressure
• Problem-solving mindset
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Available during Florida business hours
