Operations Manager – Home Care

We are seeking a high-energy, process-driven leader to step in as Operations Manager at our fast-growing home care company. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for scheduling, caregiver management, client relations, and overseeing recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling & Operations Management
Manage schedules, handle call-offs, and ensure caregiver-client matches.
Track gross margins and maintain caregiver rates aligned with company goals.
Improve systems and efficiency to streamline operations.
2. Recruiting & Workforce Development
Ensure recruiting meets hiring targets and operational needs.
Improve onboarding and retention strategies to build a strong workforce.
Ensure new hires fit company culture and performance expectations.
3. Caregiver & Client Management
Coach caregivers to meet expectations and deliver quality care.
Conduct client check-ins, update care plans, and resolve issues proactively.
Track caregiver attendance, call-offs, and performance metrics.
4. On-Call Leadership & Problem-Solving
Share on-call duties to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Develop a strong backup team to fill last-minute shifts.
Implement technology & automation to improve responsiveness.
5. Team Building & Leadership
Hire, train, and manage schedulers and operations tea
Provide coaching & accountability to ensure the team follows processes.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on results and client care.
