Responsibilities:

Logistics Management: Oversee procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes for floral materials and equipment.
Team Coordination: Manage schedules and assignments for florists, workshop staff, and delivery personnel.
Workshop Execution: Ensure smooth operations for workshops, events, and custom orders.
Vendor and Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, event planners, and clients.
