JOB OVERVIEW

Remote | Full-time | Offshore OK | Direct ownership

We’ve built a simple but powerful recruitment system:

- One role sources candidates at scale
- One role handles outreach, tracking, and scheduling
- One role closes on calls

The system works, but it’s under-optimized.

We’re looking for a sharp operations manager to take full ownership of this engine and turn it into a machine that compounds.

This is not a support role. You will own the numbers and be judged on outcomes.


Why this role is interesting
You won’t be “helping” a team. You will be running a system.

You’ll have:

- Authority to set targets and standards
- Control over hiring, training, and replacement
- Freedom to redesign workflows and tooling
- Clear KPIs and direct feedback loops
- A mandate to scale output, not maintain status quo

If you like building systems, pushing performance, and seeing immediate impact, this role is designed for you.


What you’ll own
You will be responsible for turning a working pipeline into a high-throughput engine.

That includes:

- Managing and coaching a small offshore team
- Setting and enforcing daily activity and quality targets
- Improving reply rates, show rates, and onboarding speed
- Designing SOPs, scripts, and QA processes
- Identifying bottlenecks and fixing them fast
- Replacing underperformers decisively
- Reporting performance clearly (dashboards, not stories)

You are expected to think like an operator, not a coordinator.


What success looks like
- Clean, visible dashboards that show pipeline health
- Consistent, predictable recruitment throughput
- Faster time-to-output for new hires
- Measurable KPI improvement month over month
- A system that runs without founder intervention

If results stall, you diagnose and fix it.


Who this is for

You don’t need marketing or influencer experience. You do need comfort with accountability.

Compensation
$2,000–$3,000/month base, depending on experience
Performance bonuses tied to quality outcomes

Long-term role with real ownership for the right person
