So Who Are We?
We're ClearCoast Cleaning — a growing residential cleaning company based in Seattle, WA. We don't clean homes ourselves — we build the machine behind it. We connect customers with reliable cleaners, manage the entire experience, and make sure every job runs smoothly from booking to completion. Think of us as the operations engine that keeps everything moving.

We're growing quickly and looking for our next A+ tea ---------- mber — someone who's NOT average, NOT passive, and NOT here to just "do a job."

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for an Operations Manager who is detail-obsessed, dependable, and takes full ownership of the backend.

This is NOT a role for someone who needs to be told what to do. We want someone who sees what needs to happen and makes it happen. You stay calm when things get chaotic, you communicate clearly, and you never let things fall through the cracks.

The ideal candidate is comfortable juggling cleaner coordination, customer communication, and daily operations without missing a beat. You know your way around tools like Slack, Notion, and Google Sheets. Strong written English is a must — you'll be the voice of the business to both customers and cleaners.

Marketing support is a bonus — if you can help with social posts, follow-ups, and local outreach, even better. But operations comes first.

Responsibilities

Assign cleaners to jobs and manage daily schedules
Confirm availability, send job details, and track completions
Handle customer communication — confirmations, follow-ups, complaints
Ensure quality control and client satisfaction on every job
Track no-shows, lateness, and report issues to the owner
Keep job logs, customer notes, and schedules updated daily
Re-activate old customers and follow up on inquiries
Post on social media and support local marketing efforts bonus
Ideal requirements

Prior experience in operations, scheduling, or a similar role
Strong written English and clear communication
Highly organized — nothing slips through
Comfortable with Slack, Notion, and Google Sheets
Stable internet connection and reliable laptop/PC
Someone who goes above and beyond without being asked
Experience in cleaning, home services, or similar industry is a big plus

Compensation:

5 hours per day
20 hours per week (Wednesday–Sunday, PST)
$4 USD per hour
Opportunity to grow into more responsibility and higher pay as we scale
