We are a luxury real estate media company based in Charlotte North Carolina! We create and sell media services to realtors and builders. We're growing fast and need a reliable, organized coordinator to manage the client experience from booking through final video delivery.
This is not a sales role. You won't be chasing leads / clients they are already coming to us. Your job is to make sure every projects get booked, and videos/ revisions are communicated between the client and our editing team!
What you'll do:
- Schedule shoots with clients via our business phone platform (Quo)
- Answer client texts and calls professionally and on time
- Send completed video projects to clients via Dropbox
- Receive and track revision requests, relay them to our editing team, and follow up until complete
- Keep project status updated so nothing falls through the cracks
What we're looking for:
- Strong written and spoken English
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Available during US Eastern Time hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm ET)
- Experience in a client communication or customer service role
- Comfortable learning new tools — we use Quo, Dropbox,
- Works great in a team Environment
