Operations Focused VA

JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a small but growing portfolio of structured digital projects and are assembling a long-term VA operations pool.
This is not a full-time role and not tied to a single project.
Instead, we work with VAs who:
Follow instructions precisely
Are comfortable moving between different projects
Prefer clear scope over creative freedom
Can deliver clean, correct work with minimal supervision
If selected, you may be invited to short, well-defined tasks across multiple projects over time.

HOW WORK IS STRUCTURED
All projects in this portfolio share the same operating principles:
Clear written instructions
Fixed scope and deliverables
Tight constraints (no guessing, no improvising)
Emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and trust
Fast feedback cycles

Projects may involve documentation, setup, cleanup, posting, auditing, delivery, or coordination work depending on fit.
You will not be asked to redesign projects, invent strategies, or “make it better” unless explicitly instructed.

THIS ROLE IS A FIT IF YOU:
Prefer executing defined tasks over open-ended brainstorming
Are comfortable asking questions only when blocked
Can flag unclear instructions instead of guessing
Respect boundaries, tone rules, and scope
Are open to working on different projects over time
Value consistency and correctness over speed or creativity

Want to specialize in one specific niche or project only
Prefer creative freedom or “adding your own ideas”
Need constant feedback or reassurance
Want to manage strategy, direction, or decision-making
Are looking for guaranteed hours or a fixed long-term role

COMPENSATION & TIME
Hourly, project-based
Rates vary by role and responsibility (typically $4–9 USD/hr)
Short-term tasks with potential for repeat work
No minimum hours guaranteed
Strong performers are added to our internal VA pool and contacted directly for future work.
