Operations & Executive Assistant (Golf & Beverage Startup – Remote)

Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Pay: $4–$8 USD/hour • $640–$1280 USD/month depending on experience

Fairway Co. & Birdie Juice are Canada-based golf-lifestyle beverage brands building a modern culture around beer, vodka RTDs, apparel, and community.
We’re expanding across provinces and into the U.S., and need an organized operator to help our CEO and leadership team execute flawlessly behind the scenes.

???? The Role

You’ll be the operational engine keeping our team organized, compliant, and on schedule.
Your job is to make sure nothing slips through the cracks — from shipping timelines to social-media content calendars.

???? Key Responsibilities

Operations & Logistics
• Maintain brewery production + shipping calendars
• Track SKU registrations (AGLC / AGCO / LCRB) and compliance docs
• Update distributor & retail partner spreadsheets
• Coordinate freight and delivery updates with provincial reps

Sales Support
• Manage CRM / Google Sheets for golf-course & retail leads
• Send follow-up emails and schedule meetings for Head of Sales
• Collect and organize sampling / activation reports

Admin & Finance
• Prepare invoices, organize receipts, reconcile simple expense sheets
• Manage shared inboxes and schedule leadership calls

Marketing Coordination
• Organize assets from designers & content team
• Schedule posts through Meta Business Suite or Later
• Track analytics, influencer lists, and giveaway logistics

???? Skills & Tools
• Excellent English (written + spoken)
• Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Canva, Excel/Sheets
• Bonus: Shopify / Meta Ads Manager / Light social-media experience
• Detail-oriented, proactive communicator, loves checklists & organization

???? Schedule
• 40 hours/week
• Must have at least 3–4 hours overlap with PST / MST time zones
• Flexible hours; occasional weekend event coordination

• 3-month trial ? possible full-time “Operations Lead / EA to CEO” with pay increase
