Operations & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant

The Dyer Collection spans three companies: Christina Dyer International (CDI), a leadership
coaching, keynote speaking, and organizational culture consultancy; Dyer Integrative Growth
(DIG), a clinical therapy and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy practice; and Noble Adventures
(NA), an international personal/professional growth retreat company operating in developing
countries around the globe.
Your first priority in this role is supporting the launch of a self-paced course around the power of
transformative travel, a flagship program with a hard filming deadline of July 29, 2026.
Everything else builds from there.
This is not a generic admin role. The work requires someone who writes well, understands
brand voice, and can move between supporting a course launch, building a speaking pipeline,
researching growth opportunities through collaborations, and coordinating international retreat
