We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who excels at the "science" of scheduling. If you have a background in Workforce Management (WFM) or Real-Time Management, you know that smooth operations require quick problem-solving and constant movement. In this role, you’ll manage daily schedules for a growing service provider, ensuring our team is positioned to deliver high-quality care exactly when it’s needed.

What you’ll be doing:
• Manage daily staff rosters and immediately resolve gaps caused by absences or last-minute changes.
• Proactively update clients on service times and handle inquiries with speed and professionalism.
• Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers regarding availability and ensure all compliance records are current.
• Tackle "on-the-day" operational issues like missed shifts or schedule conflicts independently.
• Maintain 100?curacy in the CRM and scheduling tools for all logs and service hours.
• Monitor attendance and coverage levels to help the team identify ways to work more efficiently.

What we’re looking for:
• At least 2 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM), RTM, or high-volume scheduling.
• Clear, professional English communication skills for both phone and email.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and a knack for learning new scheduling platforms quickly.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, remote setup.
• Natural problem-solving skills and a focus on keeping the schedule as efficient as possible.
