We are an Insurance FMO specializing in the Medicare market. We are seeking a highly organized, agent-facing Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to serve as the primary point of contact for our insurance agents. This role is focused on onboarding, data management, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Agent Onboarding & Training: Conduct Google Meet sessions to walk new agents through onboarding.
? UseLoom to create quick training videos for agents.
- Data & Information Management: Navigate GoHighLevel (GHL) to pull agent information and update records. - - Maintain and audit Google Sheets for carrier contracting statuses.
- Process Documentation: Help build our company "Playbook" by writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and organizing digital files.
? Agent Support:** Monitor internal chat rooms to provide "Concierge-level" answers to agent questions.
? Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Communication: Exceptional verbal English; must be comfortable and professional on camera.
- Technical: Ability to navigate CRMs (GHL), manage Google Sheets/Drive, and use screen-recording software (Loom).
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in Insurance, Real Estate, or Financial Services is preferred.
- Organization: A passion for turning "messy" data into clean, organized systems.
Compensation
Starting Pay: $3.00 – $4.00 USD per hour (Depending on experience).
