We are looking for a forward-thinking Operations & Automation Specialist who will take ownership of our internal tech stack, automation workflows, and data reporting systems—ensuring that everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and without unnecessary manual interventions.


The Role
As an Operations & Automation Specialist, you will:


- Automate, optimize, and integrate tech systems to eliminate manual interventions.
- Ensure seamless data flow from ThriveCart, GHL, SamCart, Stripe, and Airtable for decision-making.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automations using Zapier, Airtable, ThriveCart, ClickFunnels, ManyChat, OnceHub, Active Campaign, Samcart and more.
- Develop and maintain reporting systems to track product performance, sales trends, and customer behavior.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions before they become problems.
- Own tech-related issue resolution — For example, 90% of automation and data issues should be solved within 48 hours.
- Communicate & collaborate with leadership, marketing, and sales to align systems with company goals.
- Document SOPs for automation and integrations to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
- Participate in project meetings & team calls to ensure alignment with business objectives.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

- Hands-on experience with Airtable, Zapier, ThriveCart, SamCart, ClickFunnels, ManyChat, Active Campaign, OnceHub, Samcart and related platforms.
- Proficiency in CRM and workflow management tools like Notion, Airtable, GSuite, and GHL.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to optimize performance.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to sales, automation, and reporting systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can explain technical issues to non-technical teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Time management and organizational skills—you meet deadlines and prioritize impact-driven tasks.
