Operations Associate Logistics Coordinator - Ecommerce [Night Shift]

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Shopify Assistant with a strong background in Shopify, technical/customer support, and graphic design. This role is critical to our daily operations and will be responsible for implementing workflow systems, managing Shopify operations, providing customer technical support via email, and assisting with design-related tasks.

Applicants must have Shopify experience and be fluent in conversational English.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist and optimize Shopify backend operations (product uploads, edits, collections, inventory, basic theme tasks)
-Manage Orders
-Implement and maintain workflow systems to improve efficiency
-Handle customer and technical support via email professionally and clearly
-Assist with graphic design tasks (product images, banners, simple creatives)
-Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day execution
-Document processes and help improve internal systems

Requirements:
-Proven experience working with Shopify (2 yrs and above)
-Background in technical support and customer support
-Know how to utilize AI
-Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Canva)
-Fluent in conversational English (written and spoken)
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
