We are looking for a full-time Operations Assistant / Project Management Assistant to support a US-based real estate investment company focused on property acquisitions and renovation projects.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced operational environments, takes ownership without constant supervision, and is confident coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
• MUST have at least 1–2 years of experience in US real estate, property management, construction, or renovation support
• MUST have strong hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM
• MUST be comfortable managing lead stages, pipeline tracking, reporting, and KPI monitoring
• MUST have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• MUST be confident making and receiving calls with contractors, vendors, and business contacts
• MUST be highly organized, proactive, and independent
• MUST be willing to work full-time with no other commitments
• MUST have own laptop/desktop, reliable internet, and headset
Qualifications and Skill Sets:
• Strong Salesforce CRM proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and renovation timelines simultaneously
• Experience coordinating with contractors or field vendors
• Strong follow-up and accountability management skills
• Comfortable handling operational reporting and dashboard tracking
• Able to work in structured but fast-moving environments
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
Responsibilities:
• Track progress across multiple renovation projects and operational workflows
• Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline data and stage progression
• Monitor sales KPIs and operational metrics
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors through calls and
• Handle administrative communication with buyers, renters, and external partners
• Maintain operational dashboards and generate reports for leadership visibility
• Ensure timelines, milestones, and follow-ups are consistently completed
