Operation/dispatch Coordinator

Fast-paced logistics company hiring an experienced coordinator for dispatch, onboarding, and CRM/TMS operations.
$4–$7/hr DOE + paid pressure test.
Prior experience with proof of systems used required (preferred).

Key Responsibilities
Dispatch coordination and driver/job assignment support
Assisting with onboarding and operational workflows
Managing CRM/TMS systems for daily logistics tracking
Maintaining accurate, real-time operational updates
Supporting management in live dispatch and scheduling decisions
Ensuring organizational consistency across fast-moving operations

This is not an entry-level role.

Mandatory Requirements:
-Loom video introduction explaining how you would be a strong addition to the team, the challenges you have faced as an operations/dispatch coordinator, and how you overcame them.

- Screenshots/proof of previous CRM/TMS work
- Mandatory list of all systems/software previously used
- Prior experience in fast-paced environments

Selected applicants will participate in a one-day paid pressure test alongside management tea ---------- mbers in live operational meetings and real-time system training.
