About the Role

From Craft to Cash is seeking a VERY EXPERIENCED, highly organized, proactive, execution-driven Online Operations Integrator & Execution Manager to help support and streamline the daily operations, launches, systems, campaigns, and growth initiatives within our company.

This is not a passive project management role. We are looking for someone who can actively drive execution, create ---------- ntum, solve problems, improve systems, and help turn vision into completed initiatives.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on. They are comfortable leading projects, holding tea ---------- mbers accountable, identifying operational gaps, improving workflows, and ensuring priorities are implemented efficiently and consistently.

This person will serve as a key operational partner to the CEO, helping bridge the gap between ideas and execution while supporting the growth and scalability of the company.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced online business environments, understands how online launches and digital businesses operate, and enjoys bringing structure, accountability, organization, and follow-through to a visionary-led company.

Key Responsibilities
Project, Launch & Execution Management

• Drive execution of launches, campaigns, promotions, events, and internal initiatives from concept to completion
• Build and maintain project plans, workflows, and launch calendars inside ClickUp
• Ensure projects and deliverables move forward proactively and consistently
• Track deadlines, dependencies, approvals, and overall project progress
• Follow up relentlessly to ensure tasks are completed on time and at a high standard
• Help remove bottlenecks and solve operational challenges quickly
• Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers and contractors to ensure execution stays on track
• Assist in planning quarterly, monthly, and weekly operational priorities
• Help turn fast-moving ideas into organized action plans and completed initiatives

Execution & Integration

• Serve as a bridge between the CEO, contractors, tea ---------- mbers, and operational priorities
• Help translate ideas and company vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
• Ensure priorities are implemented, not just discussed
• Support implementation of revenue-generating initiatives and operational improvements
• Create operational ---------- ntum and accountability across departments
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement proactively
• Help create structure and consistency within a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment
• Ensure launches, campaigns, and company initiatives are planned proactively rather than reactively

Team Coordination & Accountability

• Assign tasks and monitor progress within ClickUp
• Help ensure tea ---------- mbers clearly understand priorities, expectations, and deadlines
• Lead or assist with weekly accountability and planning meetings
• Improve communication and workflow across departments
• Hold projects and tea ---------- mbers accountable to timelines and deliverables
• Help maintain operational clarity, ---------- ntum, and follow-through across the organization

Systems, SOPs & Operational Efficiency

• Help organize, document, and improve workflows and SOPs
• Streamline operational systems within ClickUp and Go High Level
• Help create repeatable systems for launches, campaigns, onboarding, and recurring workflows
• Improve operational efficiency through systems, organization, automation, and proactive planning
• Ensure company processes become more scalable, organized, and sustainable as the business grows

Operational Support

• Help prioritize projects based on company goals, revenue opportunities, and active initiatives
• Support workflow management for content, marketing, customer experience, events, digital products, and fulfillment operations
• Assist the CEO in organizing priorities, implementation plans, and operational execution
• Help ensure high-priority business initiatives move quickly and efficiently
• Support the overall operational health and scalability of the company

Platforms & Tools

The ideal candidate has experience with:
• ClickUp
• Go High Level
• Google Workspace

Experience with automation platforms, AI tools, online education businesses, launches, memberships, or coaching companies is a strong plus.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting online businesses, educators, creators, memberships, or coaching brands
• Experience managing launches, campaigns, or digital projects
• Experience building SOPs, systems, and operational workflows
• Experience managing remote teams or contractors
• Familiarity with marketing workflows, content planning, and customer experience operations
• Experience helping scale fast-growing businesses is strongly preferred

Position Type

Remote, part-time or full-time depending on experience, fit, and availability.

Pay: Salary $6-10/hr full time depending on experience 40-45hrs/wk
