Job Title: Online Operations & Account Management Assistant (Full-Time)
Highly favourable: experience in any of the following will be looked upon extremely favourably and significantly boost your chances — digital marketing / content creation / Meta ads, OR coding / computer science / software engineering / proficiency with Claude Code or other AI coding tools. These aren't required, but candidates with these skills will be strongly preferred.
Please note before applying: this role is in the online betting/wagering industry. You'll be creating, funding, verifying and managing online betting accounts and running automated betting processes on them. Full training and step-by-step processes are provided, so you don't need prior betting experience — but you must be comfortable working in this industry. About the role: I'm an Australian business owner looking for a reliable, detail-oriented full-time assistant to run the day-to-day operations of my online betting business. The work is process-driven and accuracy is critical. I'm after someone dependable, trustworthy and trainable who wants a genuine long-term role and is keen to grow with the business.
What you'll be doing:
Creating online betting accounts following a set process
Completing account verification (identity/KYC) steps where required
Depositing funds into accounts and withdrawing once ready
Adding accounts to our betting software (Betmatic) and assigning them correctly
Running our automated betting process on each account through to completion
Maintaining a master Google Sheet — keeping account details, balances and status accurate at every stage
Monitoring and managing
Managing multiple accounts across the software and keeping everything organised
Reporting clearly to me — flagging issues, blocked accounts and anything needing attention
General operations support as the business grows (over time this may include working alongside AI tools and helping with client onboarding)
Setup: you'll securely remote into a computer I control in Australia, working during Australian business hours (AEST).
What I'm looking for:
Excellent written English and clear communication
Strong attention to detail — accuracy with numbers and records is essential
Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and learning new software
Trustworthy and discreet with sensitive information
Reliable internet plus a backup connection and backup power
Available full-time during Phillipines business hours or maybe Tuesday to Saturday or Wednesday to Sunday if possible (negotiable).
A long-term mindset — this is a permanent role with pay increases as you take on more
Pay and hours: full-time, 40 hours per week (AEST). 1,000 to 1,200 USD per month depending on experience, paid monthly via Wise, with performance-based raises over time. Long-term position. Strong skills in the favourable areas above (marketing/content or coding/AI tools) may attract the higher end of the range.
