JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone who can help when phone calls come into the office. This person will need to answer the phone, speak to the customer, sell them on getting an estimate and coordinating an estimate at their home or business.

We also need help compiling information into reports the company uses on a daily/weekly basis.

In addition to helping out with the day to day operations this position is a managerial position. Please do not respond to the ad unless you've managed teams, you feel like you know and can read people and you understand patience and leadership to create sop's and lms systems to help train and create efficiencies. You will primarily be working with the General Manger, owner, current office staff and technicians.

There is also a degree of outbound phone calls, emails and text. Lots of phone work. :) So if you are the type of person that likes to work with a team, can speak great english and be on the phone a lot, we will be a good fit. You will be speaking a lot of English. Many conversations. You will also be on leadership calls and will have to speak English and speak to other virtual assistants to delegate responsibilities.

We are located in Orlando, FL. Eastern time zone. Are you open to working 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Fridays Eastern Time Zone?

This is a full time, 40 to 50 hours per week position. You'll be contacted all day and expected to respond in a timely fashion. Excellent internet and phone skills are a necessity.

Pay is negotiable, we pay weekly through wise. We have two other Virtual Assistants that work with us.
