About Us

We are Skinnyish Wellness Travel? — a women’s wellness and retreat brand focused on helping midlife women navigate menopause, wellness, vitality, and community through retreats, coaching, and digital wellness experiences. Our brand is warm, elevated, organized, and community-centered.

We are currently preparing for the launch of our Meno + Her Scottsdale 2027 Retreat and are looking for a highly organized Notion Systems Builder / Operations VA to help build and structure our retreat launch command center inside Notion.

This is a project-based role with potential for ongoing long-term work if it’s a great fit.

Position

Notion Systems Builder + Operations VA

Project Scope

You will build a complete retreat launch management system inside Notion based on a detailed step-by-step build guide already created.

This is NOT a creative “figure it out” project.
The structure, databases, properties, views, workflows, and tasks are already mapped out clearly.

Your job is to:

* Follow instructions carefully
* Build cleanly and accurately
* Communicate progress consistently
* Create a polished, organized system

What You’ll Build

Inside Notion, you will create:

* Master Retreat Launch Hub
* Retreat Dashboard
* Launch Task Board
* Content Calendar
* Ad Strategy Tracker
* Lead + Waitlist Tracker
* Team permissions and workspace structure

You will also:

* Load task data
* Create filtered database views
* Organize workflows
* Ensure the system is mobile-friendly and easy to navigate
* Record a short Loom walkthrough at completion

The estimated build time is approximately 2.5–4 hours total.

Ideal Candidate

You are:

* Extremely organized
* Detail-oriented
* Comfortable building in Notion from scratch
* Able to follow SOPs exactly
* Strong in database setup and workspace organization
* Good at communicating progress
* Comfortable recording Loom walkthroughs

Bonus if you have experience with:

* Wellness brands
* Retreat/travel businesses
* Content planning systems
* Project management dashboards
* Women-focused brands

You will:

* Build the full Notion system
* Follow the setup guide exactly
* Send progress screenshots during the build
* Deliver a final Loom walkthrough video
* Ensure all databases and views function correctly

* Strong attention to deadlines
* Respect for confidentiality and internal systems
