JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced automation developer to build a Meta Ads Bulk Upload Tool that allows us to manage and create Facebook/Instagram ads at scale across multiple client ad accounts.

Our current idea is to use Airtable and Upgrade to see actual info, but we are open to alternative tools or platforms if they provide a better and user-friendly solution. The goal is to enable our marketing team to fully manage ads – campaigns, ad sets, creatives, and copy – via a structured interface, without manual work in Ads Manager.

???? Project Scope
The system should allow us to:

Create and manage multiple client profiles and ad accounts

Manage campaign components in a centralized interface (initial idea: Airtable)

Upload entire campaigns, ad sets, creatives, copy, targeting in bulk

Use Dropbox (or similar) as the media file source (images, videos)

Automatically push the data to Meta’s Marketing API using automation tools like Upgrade to see actual info or alternatives

Display upload status, Meta object IDs, and possible errors in the UI

???? Responsibilities
Design a scalable data structure (campaigns, ad sets, creatives, ad accounts, clients, etc.)

Suggest & implement the best tech stack (Airtable + Make, or a better alternative)

Integrate with Meta’s Marketing API:

Create Campaigns, Ad Sets, Ads, Creatives

Handle authentication (OAuth2, tokens)

Setup Dropbox integration for media assets

Implement a user-friendly way for non-technical users to prepare & upload ads in bulk

Build status tracking (e.g. “Ready to Upload”, “Uploaded”, “Error”, etc.)

? Requirements
Strong experience with automation tools like Upgrade to see actual info, Zapier, or n8n

Ability to build & connect structured databases (e.g. Airtable or custom frontend)

In-depth knowledge of the Meta Ads / Marketing API

Comfortable working with access tokens, API limits, and error handling

Independent, proactive, and focused on building usable solutions

Bonus: experience building ad tools or systems for agencies

???? Nice-to-Haves
Experience with agency workflows or working across multiple ad accounts

Frontend skills (e.g. custom dashboards)

Knowledge of business-level Meta integrations (e.g. Business Manager APIs)

???? Timeline
We’re looking to start immediately and ideally complete the first working version within 2–3 weeks. Clear communication & fast feedback loops are important to us.
