Client Overview:
*Trisha is an amazing Christian teacher and a wonderful entrepreneur! She’s looking for an awesome unicorn to help her with customer service and daily marketing tasks.

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work 12pm-4pm Eastern Time (US)
*Must be able to work 20 hours weekly
*Must have experience with marketing and design
*Must have EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills
*Must have super high attention to detail
*Must be super organized
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
*Experience with WordPress: Divi is a plus!

Responsibilities/Tasks:
Customer Service Tasks (50%):
*Respond to customer inquiries via HelpScout software (email, chat) to ensure timely and efficient customer support.
*Accurately assist parents and customers in accessing their purchased courses, setting up student accounts, and troubleshooting any technical issues related to *course access or navigation.
*Handle potential customer inquiries by providing clear and helpful information about course options, pricing, and enrollment processes, helping convert leads into customers.
*Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues that go beyond the scope of CSR, ensuring customers receive comprehensive assistance without unnecessary delays.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the school’s curriculum offerings to confidently answer questions from parents about course content, structure, and suitability for their students.
*Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay updated on new courses, system updates, and best practices in customer service, ensuring continued growth and improvement.
*Use HelpScout to correctly categorize, track, and prioritize customer tickets, ensuring that each inquiry is addressed appropriately and escalated if necessary.
*Follow the established escalation procedures for handling complex issues or complaints that require intervention from a manager or specialized team.
*Achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores based on post-interaction feedback, ensuring a positive and helpful customer experience.
*Adhere to the company's communication guidelines and tone to ensure a consistent, professional, and customer-focused response in all interactions.
*Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to the Customer Service Manager to improve helpdesk documentation and create knowledge base articles that support self-service for customers.
*Provide product feedback from customers to the Customer Service Manager and other relevant teams to help improve the platform, course offerings, or customer support processes.

Marketing Administrative Tasks (50%):
*Manage day-to-day marketing tasks and project coordination, pulling items from owner’s Asana and getting them to the right place
*Use ChatGPT to generate initial drafts of simple copy (emails, landing pages, etc.) that the marketing team can then edit
*Design simple promotional graphics in Canva using established brand guidelines
*Provide quick feedback and turnaround on tasks
*Other administrative tasks as needed to support marketing and sales efforts
