What You'll Do
You'll wear many hats to help our SaaS thrive. Your tasks will include the following. Craft and send targeted outreach emails to generate leads. Run our CRM, Upgrade to see actual info, to manage contacts, campaigns, and workflows (experience with Upgrade to see actual info is a bonus, but we'll train you if needed). Design and optimize funnels to turn leads into paying SaaS members. Manage posting, scheduling, and engagement on platforms like Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. Apply our Tree Method (watch this: Upgrade to see actual info) to grow our organic presence—think business data (roots), website (trunk), and social/voice search (branches). Drive membership growth by attracting and onboarding new users. Edit, upload, and optimize videos to boost visibility. Improve our website's search rankings and write fresh, engaging blog content. Adapt to new tasks as our marketing evolves—think of it as pruning and feeding our marketing tree.
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who meets these criteria. Has 2+ years of marketing experience (e.g., social media, SEO, funnels, content creation). Is tech-savvy and quick to learn tools like Upgrade to see actual info, WordPress, Canva, or YouTube Studio. Speaks and writes fluent English—we're raw and unfiltered, so clear communication is key. Is proactive and creative—you don't just follow instructions, you bring ideas to the table. Understands or can quickly grasp our Tree Method (watch the video—it's how we roll). Bonus if you've worked with SaaS businesses or have Upgrade to see actual info experience, but it's not required.
