JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform Tasks discussed below
Maintain a Task Log on Google Sheets to share with CEO or Manager at BHC
Communicate with BHW Tea ---------- mbers daily via Zoom
Utilize Weave to connect with clients through text or phone call
Utilize P2P to message clients and task staff
Understand and Utilize Physiofunnels
Communicate effectively with clients

JOB TASKS
Initial priority will be moving membership packages from Jane EHR to Power2Practice EHR
Second priority will be moving all documents, notes, and records from Jane EHR to P2P EHR for all PT clients
Final and Indefinite position will be a marketing specialist:
Part Time:
Utilizing videos and photos from Owners to create social media posts for Berman Health Club
Utilizing “Connie” AI to create social media posts for Berman Health Club and Berman Method Podcast social medias
Finding captivating and trending social media posts and providing the “needs” to BHC owners to perform the videos and photos needed for the posts
Creating and managing the Berman Method Podcast Instagram/Facebook
Posting pieces of the Podcasts, creating posts from the podcast information to grow the following and collaborating with the BHC Instagram
Berman Method Podcast management
Editing the Berman Method Podcasts
Uploading to Buzzsprout and YouTube
Sending to Wellness VA to utilize for emails
Part Time:
Berman Golf Instagram management
Creating posts from video content
Managing owner of Berman Golf to send content
DM all followers
Reach out to cold leads to follow
Invite all cold leads and followers to Skool account
Enter all followers that turn to leads into Physiofunnels
Manage Berman Golf Skool account
