JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Management & Business Process Analyst to lead the design, documentation, and full implementation of our business systems and workflows. This is a comprehensive, hands-on role requiring proven experience in building structured processes within construction and/or insurance-based businesses.

This role is full-time and will involve analysing our current operations, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and implementing improved systems across the entire organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyse current business operations and job management processes

Design, document, and implement end-to-end systematic workflows across all departments

Create, update, and maintain staff processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Develop onboarding frameworks and structured training documentation for new and existing staff

Design and implement organisational structure charts, role responsibilities, and reporting lines

Review and improve current job management systems and workflows, introducing new ideas and best-practice processes

Establish consistent document control, including folder structures, file naming conventions, and version control

Ensure all safety documentation, compliance records, and operational policies are current, organised, and correctly implemented

Work closely with management to align processes with business goals, growth plans, and compliance requirements

Oversee full implementation of all processes, ensuring adoption by staff (not documentation only)

Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience in business process analysis, operations management, or systems implementation

Strong background in construction, insurance, or trade-based businesses (highly preferred)

Demonstrated ability to implement complete systems from concept through to execution

Experience creating SOPs, training manuals, workflows, and organisational frameworks

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements

High level of organisation, attention to detail, and accountability

Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver structured outcomes

Role Expectations

This is a senior, in-depth role, not a junior or task-based position

Requires full ownership of process design, documentation, and implementation

Expected to challenge existing processes and introduce improved systems where appropriate

Requires active involvement until processes are embedded and operating effectively

Suitable for a freelancer or consultant able to commit full-time hours for the duration of the project
