At Heckman Financial & Insurance Services, our mission is simple: to help clients retire more and worry less. To make that happen, our executive team needs the right support — and that’s where you come in.

What You’ll Do:

Keep our Operations Executive on track by managing email (using the Buy Back Your Time method) and ensuring priorities are crystal clear.

Review daily meeting notes, capture action items, and make sure every task is assigned within 24 hours.

Coordinate calendars and handle travel arrangements for her team.

Turn training insights and conference ideas into actionable implementation plans.

Jump in on special projects and data tasks that keep the business running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an executive or virtual assistant (financial services background is a big plus).

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Strong command of Microsoft Office 365.

A proactive thinker — you suggest the best course of action instead of just asking what to do.
