JOB OVERVIEW

This position requires someone who enjoys challenges, learning new skills, has coping mechanisms for those stressful days, can focus on multiple tasks (each within their own time block) and can smile while dealing with boring day to day tasks

- Focus of business is 2 fold
a) build and promote a winning branding
b) affiliate marketing
- 15 hours per week to start with potential to increase to 20 if desired
- Starting wage is 2000 php for 15 hours work per week. This is expected to
increase as promotions create a steady flow of sales and revenue.
- Job will involve a variety of tasks and skills
- Primary focus will be to handle day to day tasks using your present skills plus
learning new ones to address the needs of a growing enterprise
- Training and support will be provided as needed
- Expect to take on a lot of responsibility
- You and I will be the team. I work online, part-time. You will be the daily driving force to get things set up and jobs completed.
- You will be challenged regularly to take on new tasks and skills
- Work hours are flexible. They do not need to fit my time zone, but must be consistent for reporting and follow-up purposes.
- Excellent record keeping and daily reporting are required
- You must be able to accept and respond positively to constructive direction so you can develop the skills and complete the tasks I need, for my business.
- Open and honest communication both ways is essential
- As needed, you will share your skills to help me broaden my skill set
