We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced virtual assistant to support our real estate agent team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the real estate industry and be familiar with using Hubspot as a CRM tool.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the real estate agent's Hubspot CRM database.
- Organize and manage the agent's calendar for appointments, meetings, and showings.
- Coordinate and schedule property showings with clients and other agents.

- Generate leads by conducting research and outreach to potential clients.
- Answer phone calls and respond to
- Assist in drafting and submitting offers, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Conduct market research on properties and prepare market analysis reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate virtual assistant.
- Proficient in using Hubspot CRM.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and practices.
- Experience with creating and managing
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
