Lead Generator / Research VA – Remote

We are hiring a Lead Generator / Research VA to help us build large targeted business lead lists for our cold calling team.

This is a simple remote position. You will not be making sales calls and you will not be closing deals. Your job is to go online, find the right businesses that match our target market, collect the correct contact details, and organize them properly so our cold callers can begin reaching out immediately.

About the Role

We market an FDA-cleared facial sculpting / aesthetic device to businesses in the beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics space. We are looking for someone dependable, fast, and highly organized who can spend their shift researching and collecting qualified leads for our sales team.

You will be searching for businesses such as:

Estheticians / Aestheticians
Med Spas / Medical Spas
Facial Studios
Skin Care Clinics
Day Spas
Aesthetic Clinics
Cosmetic / Anti-Aging Clinics
Dermatology Offices
Wellness Centers
Chiropractors
Massage Clinics
Other businesses that may be a fit for facial sculpting or non-invasive aesthetic services
What You Will Be Doing

Your main responsibility will be finding and saving qualified business leads for our cold calling team. This includes:

Searching on Google
Searching on Google Maps
Searching on Yelp
Searching on Facebook business pages
Searching on Instagram business pages
Searching on business directories, spa directories, local listings, and similar online sources
Saving the business information into a spreadsheet, CRM, or lead sheet
Making sure the leads are accurate, organized, and relevant to our target market
Building lead lists that our cold callers can begin working immediately
Information You Will Need to Collect

For each business, you may be asked to collect and organize details such as:

Business name
Owner name if available
Phone number

Email address if available
Website
City and state
Instagram page if available

Facebook page if available
Type of business
Notes if needed
Compensation
$1.50 per hour
$200 bonus for any deal that closes from your leads
Daily Production Requirement

This is a high-output lead generation role. We are looking for someone who can move fast and produce at a high level.

Minimum expectation:
You must be able to generate 500+ leads per day

This is a hard requirement, not a suggestion. If you are not comfortable working quickly and producing a high volume of leads every day, this role will not be a fit.

We are looking for someone who understands how to work efficiently, stay organized, and build large lead lists without constant supervision.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time remote position.

Schedule Requirements:
8 hours per day
6 days per week
Must be consistent and dependable

This role is not for someone who disappears during shifts, submits sloppy data, or wants to work casually. We need someone who can show up consistently, work their full shift, and produce 500+ leads per day for our team.
