JOB OVERVIEW

We are an expanding Australian company seeking a versatile Customer Service/Personal Assistant.
We are looking for long-term team players who are value stability and continued Growth opportunities.

This role is for a Junior/Graduate Only. Starting Starting is from 22,000 PHP Per Month.

You will be assigned to handle a range of administrative tasks, including:


- **Calendar and email management**
- **Customer appointment coordination**
- **Preparation of presentations and information packs**
- **Processing finance agreements and setting up billing contracts**
- **Liaising with clients, suppliers, and financiers**

**Requirements:**

- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Either strong Microsoft Excel VBA Skills or Graphical/Design and Publishing or Writing Skills.
- Experience with corporate clients in Western markets (US, UK, Australia, etc.)
- Full-time availability (40+ hours) on Australian Eastern Time (Sydney)
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage a busy executive schedule
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Qwilr, Asana, and CRMs/ERPs is a plus
- Attention to Detail.

**Benefits:**

- Salary range: $20k-$25k PHP + bonuses (depending on experience)
