Insurance Assistant and Customer Service

We are US-based & California Insurance Agency looking to hire dedicated, hardworking & experienced commercial insurance CSR.

Main responsibility involves assisting our sales & service team in our California office with insurance related tasks.

!!!Please do not apply if you don't have customer service experience with small business before!!


If you are:

- Open to work from 9 am to 6 pm PST
- Comfortable working with open camera (zoom)
- With US Insurance Experience - general liability, worker's comp, property, etc.
- Fluent in English

You must possess skills in:
1. Basic COI issuance
2. Sending Welcome Email for New Business and Policy documents to clients
3. Assisting clients with billing questions
4. Updating New Business and Renewals in System accurately.
5. Using CRM system
